Q: HOW DO I TALLY UP HOW MANY CHARACTERS I’LL NEED IN MY LOGO?
A: People & pets count as characters. So if you have 3 people in your family and 1 cat, your family logo has a total of 4 characters.
Q: I HAVE MORE THAN 3 FAMILY PHOTOS TO UPLOAD WITH MY ORDER, HOW CAN I SEND THE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS?
A: Once you have placed your order, please email us your extra photos.
Q: CAN I REQUEST REVISIONS/ADJUSTMENTS TO MY LOGO?
A: Custom Family Logos come with 1 free adjustment. Additional adjustments are $15.00 each. To avoid adjustments please note any personalization preferences in the “personalization notes” section of our order form (i.e. adding freckles or glasses to a character).
Q: WHAT IS THE STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM FAMILY LOGOS?
A: Standard turnaround time for logos is 1-2 weeks. Contact us if you’ll need your logo sooner. Please note that extra fees may apply for rush orders.
Q: CAN I ORDER A LOGO WITH FULL-BODY CHARACTERS?
A: At this time all of our logos are head shots only (no full-body characters/no limbs will be included).
Q: CAN THE CHARACTERS IN MY LOGO WEAR SOMETHING OTHER THAN TEE-SHIRTS?
A: Yes, however extra fees will apply to make these customizations. Contact us for information.
Q: CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC COLORED TEE-SHIRTS FOR CHARACTERS TO WEAR?
A: Yes, specify tee-shirt colors for each character in “personalization notes” (located in our order form). If tee-shirt colors are not specified, we will pick colors for your family.
Q: WHAT FILE FORMATS ARE SUPPLIED WITH MY LOGO?
A: We supply you with web and print-ready files so that you can use your logo wherever you want. Web files supplied are in jpg and png format. Print files supplied are in jpg, png, tiff and pdf format.
